RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Portelix, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our decorative projectors and want you to shop with confidence.

30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, contact us at contact@portelix.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at contact@portelix.com.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
